Our manual department is the artisanal heart of the company. Here, the technicians’ experience combines with the use of manual machine tools and industrial woodworking equipment to turn every project into reality with precision, care, and attention to detail. Manual machining allows for customized solutions, tailored finishes, and direct quality control at every stage.
CNC machining department
Numerical controlled mills 3 and 5 axis
Our machinery allows us to work with wood, high and low-density resin, aluminum, cast iron, and steel. We are able to create complex models up to several meters in size.
The CNC department integrates technologies for milling and processing the most complex materials. The workstations allow for the rapid transformation of raw materials into models and core boxes with high precision. This combination of technology and expertise enables the management of complex projects, reduces production times, and ensures maximum efficiency without compromising quality.

- Polyurethane board resin, from 0.7 g/cm³ to 1.4 g/cm³ and other densites.
